Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including but not limited to user management, security settings, record
types, page layouts, workflow rules, and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions in
Salesforce.
Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries related to Salesforce
functionality and usage.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working with Salesforce support when necessary.
Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements and
optimizations.
Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Salesforce apps and third-party integrations.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the Salesforce environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or equivalent) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced
Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
Proven experience (X years) working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, handling system configuration, user
support, and customization.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning.
Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and process builder etc in Salesforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
